Graduating students from all programs — HND, BTS, Licence and Professional certificates — receive their diplomas in the presence of families, faculty, institutional partners and distinguished guests. Departmental prizes, the Director General's Award for Outstanding Achievement and excellence scholarships will be conferred. Formal dress code applies for all attendees.

Final examinations commence for all departments — HND, BTS, Licence and Professional programs. Students should consult departmental timetables posted on notice boards and the student portal.
HND second-year students in Computer Science, Business Management and Accounting present their final-year research projects before jury panels. Families and guests are welcome to attend the public defense sessions.
Final-year Licence and BTS students defend their academic projects and professional reports before faculty members and external industry practitioners providing comprehensive, standards-based evaluation.
HISMIL's annual Cultural Day unites students from across Cameroon's regions in a celebration of diversity through music, dance, drama, traditional fashion and cuisine. Student clubs showcase their year's achievements and creative work. Open to the public.
Students and staff compete in football, basketball, relay races, volleyball and chess. Departments battle for the annual HISMIL Championship Trophy in a full day of healthy competition, team spirit and institution-wide pride. Refreshments and entertainment provided.
HISMIL Nursing and Public Health students lead a community outreach initiative in surrounding quartiers, offering free health checks, health literacy sessions and hygiene distributions in partnership with local health centres.

HISMIL's holiday technology programs launch for secondary students and working professionals. Topics: Computing Fundamentals, AI & Prompt Engineering, Microsoft Office and Web Design Basics. Certificates issued on completion. Limited seats — early registration strongly advised.
Families and guests of graduating students are invited to the 2026 Graduation and Prize-Giving Ceremony on 19 July 2026 at the Grand Auditorium. Formal invitations dispatched via departmental offices from 1 July. This year's cohort includes finalists from Computer Science, Nursing, Business Management, Accounting, Communication and more.
